Dear,
There is no difference Industry Solution Mill Products is Add-On ECC as DIMP you can check the same in SFW5 you can activate it there.
Please check SAP Note 874471 for ECC-DIMP installation and activation. Please check the prerequisites section regarding the SP level for ECC-DIMP and if it matches with the SAP_AP component SP level also.
