The problem you have is due to two different kernel files present in the D:\usr\sap\BQ1\DVEBMGS00\exe location.
Stop the SAP system.
Stop all the services
Delete all the files form D:\usr\sap\BQ1\DVEBMGS00\exe
Copy all the fles from \\SrvSapERPQA6\sapmnt\BQ1\SYS\exe location to D:\usr\sap\BQ1\DVEBMGS00\exe
Stat all the services
Start SAP
