Some one changed your hier str at bw side. so pls check at Tx - RSH1 , info object 0CUST_SALES hier.

Regarding valid from date some thing was changed in bw side. so at ecc side RSA3, check the value for valid date from and check at bw side 0cust_Sales info object level, how its look like.

compare some records of valid date from. you will find the difference.
