We have BI 4.0 SP7 with Tomcat on Windows 2008. Enabled SSO and it works perfectly with web (tomcat) url. But when we use DNS then it is not giving any error nor logs in, it just shows the BI Launchpad login page.
Enabled kerberos tace and it loaded successfully, once tomcat is started. Not sure what iam missing, please guide.
