After an upgrade to SAP Netweaver 7.30 we discovered that iDoc's where not generated when we added or removed a user to a role in SAP User
Management.
If we modify the user's roomnumber or some other information in the user information an iDoc will get generated which contain the role information
(workaround).
We have been in contact with SAP, who pointed to this link:

have changed:

Targeted Use of IDocs in Central User Administration
Previously the system sent IDocs for user data, role assignment, and profile
assignment to all systems in a CUA landscape, no matter what kind of change you
made to the user. Now, when you make changes to user data, such as a role
assignment in a given system, the CUA sends the change information only the
role assignment IDoc to only the affected systems in the landscape and not all
IDocs to all systems.

This means that only systems which have been setup to be an affected system will get information (iDoc's) when something changes in SAP.
QUESTION: There must be a way to turn this back on. It's critical to our solution that we receive iDocs as in previous versions.
