Check the SBO PC PAM or just SWDC - BPC10 on NW 731 is actually CPMBPC 801 and equivalent (Dec '12) SP 02
This is the same level as NW730 with CPMBPC 800 SP 09
I have the 731 version installed onsite. pre-req is BW 731 SP03 and SPAM 7.31 v47
