Hi Hitesh,

Based on your reply I understand that you are in scenario 2 - SFG stocked at the Branch.

Ajay already listed the most relevant settings for mixed costing for this scenario.

Let's try to list them again:

1. Define SFG in the Branch plant as "Mixed costed" material.

2, In MRP 2 view for SFG in the Branch specify Procurement type "E - In-house Production".

3. CK91N for SFG in the Branch specify procurement alternatives as "Stock transfers". One procurement alternative per source plant.

4. CK94 define mixed ratios for procurement alternatives for SFG in the Branch.

5. Define BOM and rout for FG in the Branch (components are SFG and packaging materials).

6. Define BOMs and routs for SFG in each source plant! As they are semis it means they are produced in source plants.

it's a bit strange that you define SFG as "V" but even so the above should work.

Let us know the results.

Cheers,

Szymon
