We are usinng GRC 10 and implemented the User provisioning piece in October of 2012. We are preparing for our global rollout in the next month. One of our issues pertains to the emails which is sent by the tool. They are sent in english and we have a requirement to communicate to some users in Portuguese and Spanish.
I know I could create more paths with different templates for communication; but that doesn't work for the Submit and Close emails as those are set once for the process.
I would like to be able to include a hyperlink in the email for these different languages. When the user clicks on the hyperlink, it would take them down in the email to their language. Example: The first line of the email with have 3 hyperlinks. ENGLISH PORTUGUESE SPANISH. The email would contain the same message 3 times; once in each of these langagues. The hyperlink would just auto move them down in the message to their section.
Can't seem to find a way to do that. Does anyone have any other ideas?
