I have a requirement to integrate PS with CRM. The client would like to manage service projects in CRM through service order and they would like these service orders to be replicated in PS automatically once the service order is released. They do not want manual assignment of WBS in CRM due to complexity from users point of view
I haven't worked with PS and CRM before so would be grateful if anyone can guide me through this requirement.
