. I think in standard it's not possible because no specific operation is not present.
So i will suggest go with following solutions of any of two.
1.Special absece type of 25th day and make it paid absence valuation.
2. Make an enhancement in LWP absence type that if user are applying on 25th or in between 24th to 26th then it will move to IT15 with specific wage type with 1 in number field.After that in PCR we will call that WT and process as 1day payment.
