Even if you have negative time management, you have to maintain below tables.

for Valuation of Absences :

V_T554E

for example : if your Abs type  : CL

define counting class for CL

V_T554C

enter created counting class for CL , check/ uncheck  : paid filed and enter percentages.

After maintaining it rerun simmulation,
