I am on EHP6 and have a query regarding the calibration grid in talent management. We have a 16 box grid ( Performance Scale - 1 to 4 and Potential Scale 1-4 ).
Performance Scale :
1 - Outstanding
2- Expert
3 - Intermediate
4 - Need improvement
Potential Scale :
1- Ready
2 - Ready but requires guidance
3. Needs development
4. Not ready.
Since our scales are reversed, we are getting all the top talents in lowest quadrant in the calibration grid i.e. ( 1,1 ). And the least performers are displayed in the top most quadrant ( 4, 4 ).
Its not possible for us to change our rating scales. Is there any other work around by which we can change the display in calibration grid and have top performers listed in the top most box of the grid.
